Little Giant Deep Shelf Trucks

Little Giant Deep Shelf Trucks combine 3", 6", and 12" deep trays for accumulating and transporting smaller parts with the rugged durability of an all-welded steel unit. Twelve-gauge steel shelves provide long-term structural strength, while two swivel and two rigid non-marking polyurethane casters deliver smooth, quiet mobility across warehouse and shop floors.

The high-strength polyurethane tread is liquid-cast and mechanically locked to a polymer or cast-metal core, providing durable, chemical-resistant rolling performance under heavy loads. Capacity depends on caster size: 5" casters rate the truck at 1,200 lbs (35" overall height), while 6" casters rate the truck at 3,600 lbs (36.5" overall height).

Fourteen configurations are available across three tray depths, three sizes, and two caster options.

Selection Guide:

♦ Tray depth: 3", 6", or 12"; select based on the volume of loose parts or materials being contained per shelf. Deeper trays hold more material and reduce the risk of items spilling or shifting during transport; shallower trays suit lighter, flatter items and provide easier reach-in access.

♦ Caster size and capacity: 5" casters rate the truck at 1,200 lbs; 6" casters increase capacity to 3,600 lbs. Select based on the maximum expected load weight. Note that the 24" x 48" size and the 24" x 36" 12"-deep configuration are currently available only with 6" casters.

♦ Size, 18" x 30" or 24" x 36" (both available in all three tray depths), and 24" x 48"

♦ Polyurethane caster construction, with the liquid-cast tread mechanically locked to the caster core, provides long-term durability and chemical resistance, an advantage in industrial and institutional environments where casters are exposed to oils, solvents, or cleaning chemicals.
