Wesco Standard Deluxe Pallet Truck – 5,500 lb Capacity

The Wesco Standard Deluxe Pallet Truck is a heavy-duty 5,500-lb manual hydraulic pallet truck with a 5-year pump warranty and a built-in overload bypass to protect against exceeding the rated capacity. Travel range is 3" lowered to 8" raised. The 200° steering radius provides maneuverability in tight areas. Eight-inch moldon polyurethane steering wheels and 3" moldon polyurethane load wheels provide smooth, consistent rolling across facility floors. Rubber-coated handles provide a comfortable grip, and the 6" wide heavy-gauge forks are reinforced for reliable load support.

Six models are available across two fork widths (21" and 27") and three fork lengths (36", 42", and 48"). All models share the same 5,500-lb capacity, travel range, and specifications.

Standard GMA pallets are 40" deep, making the 42" or 48" models the typical choice for full-depth pallet engagement. The 36" models suit shorter custom pallets or applications where compact truck length improves maneuverability in tight spaces.

♦ 5-year pump warranty: A meaningful long-term value indicator. Most standard pallet truck pump warranties run 1 year or less. The 5-year coverage reflects Wesco's confidence in the hydraulic pump's service life under normal operating conditions.
